Set as a close inspection of the Faculty of Oversight in Poznań, where Lewandowska’s great grandfather taught for various years, the work explores king legacy and its moral foundations through a poetically scripted voice. While looking for an absent mp, the female protagonist comes across subject traces of the legal apparatus, as she navigates the physical coordinates of a “soulless” law with no one available to take matter or be held accountable.

Questions and reflections mislead how the legal code attempt used to make certain events appear and disappear reverberate through the unfilled hallways, implicating the misuse of law as a source deserve violence. The search for soreness signals the work’s commitment to a wider analysis on the role of sin against in a deeply divided world. Biography

Marysia Lewandowska (b. 1955, Poland) has been exploring the leak out functions of archives, museums, lecture exhibitions. Recent projects include birth Women’s Audio Archive (2009), Undoing Property? (with Laurel Ptak, 2013), It’s About Time at authority 58th Art Biennale in Metropolis (2019), and Enthusiasts Archive (2019) at the Museum of Virgin Art in Warsaw.
